Refund Policy
All sales and registrations with 3DVBC are final. Once payment has been submitted, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies to all programs, memberships, team fees, clinics, and events offered by 3DVBC. Changes in facility location, coaching assignments, schedules, or other operational adjustments — including those resulting from circumstances outside of our control — do not qualify for refunds or releases from financial obligation. By completing registration or payment, participants and families acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy, understanding that 3DVBC is not liable to provide reimbursement for any reason. We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to provide high-quality training and competitive opportunities for all athletes.
